Each booking is allocated to 90 minutes, we please ask that you arrive on time.

Any bookings with groups larger than 8 people will be confirmed manually by our team to ensure we can accommodate you and give you the very best experience.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. This allows us to manage our reservations effectively and accommodate other guests.

To cancel a table booking, customers must contact our restaurant directly via phone or follow the link through your email confirmation. We may require your booking details, including the reservation date, time and the name under which the booking was made.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), one of the following conditions will apply:

 For regular bookings: A cancellation fee of £10 per person will be charged. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the provided credit card will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
