Cancellation Policy
Customers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. This allows us to manage our reservations effectively and accommodate other guests.
To cancel a table booking, customers must contact our restaurant directly via phone or follow the link through your email confirmation. We may require your booking details, including the reservation date, time and the name under which the booking was made.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), one of the following conditions will apply:
Charges
For regular bookings: A cancellation fee of £5 per person will be charged. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the provided credit card will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 8 or more guests, we may require a deposit or a prepayment to secure the reservation. The deposit amount and refund policy will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed via email. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable or subject to specific conditions outlined during the booking process.
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures, both the restaurant and the customer reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation without any penalty or liability.
